Welcome to the Finixhost.com Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By registering or participating as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with these Terms in full. Finixhost.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
• Registration must be completed through the official Finixhost.com affiliate portal. Finixhost.com reserves sole discretion to accept or reject any affiliate application without obligation to disclose reasons.
• Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

2. Referral Tracking

• Finixhost.com will provide unique referral tracking links or codes to each approved affiliate.
• Commissions are only credited for referrals who sign up through these unique links/codes. Manual or offline referrals are not eligible.
• Affiliates are responsible for safeguarding their referral links and preventing unauthorized use.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a commission equal to 20% of the first paid invoice from each new customer referred through their unique referral link.
• The commission is calculated only on the customer’s first successfully processed payment. Subsequent payments or renewals do not generate commission.
• Commissions are payable only on fully completed transactions. Any pending, refunded, disputed, or cancelled transactions are excluded.

4. Payout Terms

• Commissions are paid 60 days after the customer’s initial payment date to allow for refund and chargeback windows.
• Payouts are made monthly to the payment method provided by the affiliate during registration (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
• Affiliates must maintain a minimum payout threshold of $50. Amounts below this threshold will roll over to subsequent months.
• Finixhost.com reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in case of suspected fraud, violation of terms, or suspicious activity until fully investigated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must NOT:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing or promotional practices, including but not limited to: spamming, cookie stuffing, false claims, trademark infringement, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or impersonation of Finixhost.com personnel.
• Use paid search advertising on brand or trademarked terms owned by Finixhost.com without prior written approval.
• Refer themselves or immediate family members for commission.
• Engage in any activity that may damage Finixhost.com’s reputation or violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Commission Adjustments

• If a referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or chargebacks their payment within the 60-day holding period, the related affiliate commission will be voided and deducted from future payouts.
• Affiliates are liable for repaying any commissions earned from fraudulent or invalid referrals.
• Finixhost.com reserves the right to audit accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity and adjust commissions accordingly.

7. Termination

Finixhost.com may terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation immediately without notice for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity. Upon termination:

• All unpaid commissions will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by Finixhost.com.
• Affiliates must cease all promotion of Finixhost.com and remove all related materials from websites and marketing channels.
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

8. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Finixhost.com trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Finixhost.com services as permitted under these Terms.
• Use of any branding or intellectual property outside of these Terms or without explicit permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Finixhost.com disclaims all liability for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the affiliate program, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total commissions paid to the affiliate.

10. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finixhost.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the affiliate’s breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

11. Modifications to the Program

Finixhost.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finixhost.com operates, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
